Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RizzzScore ("RizzzScore", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the RizzzScore website and services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using RizzzScore you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

RizzzScore reviews the dating profile photos and text you provide and returns an automated score, ranked feedback, suggested photo order, rewritten bios, and opener messages. The output is suggestive guidance, not professional advice.

Dating outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific result, including matches, replies, dates, or relationships. Your results depend on your photos, your effort, and the platforms you use.

You are responsible for the photos and text you upload. You agree to only upload photos of yourself, or photos you otherwise have the full right to use, and not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts anyone under 18.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely to generate your report.

Your Rizz Score and the top fix are free. The full fix-list report is a one-time purchase of $19 (or the price shown at checkout). It is a single payment, not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

If you are not satisfied with your report, email hello@rizzzscore.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, reselling or redistributing reports, reverse engineering the Service, or using it to harass, deceive, or harm others.

The Service, including its design, text, and underlying software, is owned by RizzzScore and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

RizzzScore is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, or any other dating platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the feedback will achieve any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizzzScore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
